The verdict

Go for the cellar of nearly 4,000 bottles and the fact that you can still eat properly at 11pm. Order oysters, the crudo and the tartare, then let the staff steer the wine. It is walk-in only, so arrive early on a weekend or go midweek; Thanksgiving Monday is unconfirmed, so check before committing.
