The verdict
This is the Monday-night splurge if it is open on Thanksgiving, and the room alone, red brick and steel from 1904, justifies the trip east. Order à la carte (agnolotti, then the duck if you are hungry) or commit to the tasting menu and let the sommelier lead. The catch is distance from Griffintown and the unconfirmed holiday status.
- One MICHELIN Star, new for 2026
- Wood-fire cooking in the original Angus Shops
- Michelin-recognised wine list by Hugo Duchesne
Why maybeStrong, recently validated restaurant, but Oct 12 is a statutory holiday with no confirmed opening; call or check OpenTable before committing. Easy upgrade to go on Tue-Thu, when it is confirmed open.
