The verdict

Go, and book the brasserie unless you want the longer, pricier dinner. It is the easiest way to taste Bastien's cooking, with oysters, bouillabaisse, steak and a proper cheese list. The catch is Thanksgiving Monday: the standing hours say open, but there is no holiday confirmation, so call or check Resy first.

  • No. 61 on Canada's 100 Best 2026
  • Brasserie runs Mon dinner on standing hours
